I paid first ans he told me to wait 5 minutes and the rp would be sent. In reality no RP was sent and he blocked me before i even could tell him anything. (Update: he contacted me, trying to get into an agreement will update if problem is solved or not, finally he ended up threatening me to get my account banned and didn't give me anything.)
