However, I still cannot help but feel like the booster assigned to my account was Plat/Emerald elo. I paid for 5 placement games which they went 0-5 in, and to fix this, they ended up playing 36 games with a 44% winrate and lowering my MMR which was originally around Diamond elo - it was clear that they were struggling in some of these games, which prompted a "booster change" no longer adhering to my requested order specifications. Although things did not work out as I would have liked, I do understand that they tried to fix things and that effort does not go unnoticed, especially when that much time is sunk into attempting to make things right.
