As a cybersecurity engineer, I evaluate tools and software carefully before use. I subscribed to this provider (Lenc) with the understanding that their service was “undetectable” based on persistent claims made across their Discord and website. However, these claims appear misleading.
Shortly after a recent game patch by Riot Games, the tool caused repeated crashes, a typical indicator of Vanguard detection. Within hours, my account was permanently banned, despite using the “safe config” settings recommended by Lenc’s own team. No updates or detection warnings were shared with the community, and the Discord status remained falsely marked as “undetected.”
Attempts to raise concerns or share feedback resulted in an immediate ban from the community. Users who report detection issues are mocked, silenced, or blamed for “user error.” It’s concerning to see that rather than improving support or transparency, Lenc moderators upsell additional “HWID reset” services to affected users, effectively monetizing account losses that stem from their own product’s detection.
Based on my professional background, the current operational model poses a significant risk for anyone considering a subscription. I recommend treating any “undetected” or “safest on the market” claims with caution until the development team demonstrates honesty and integrity through verifiable updates and improved community management.
Use at your own risk. Detection status messaging, customer support behavior, and community handling are not professional or transparent.
In addition there will be people who say “I've used this for weeks or months no issues “
Positive reviews are heavily promoted and tied to coupon incentives, while negative experiences are discouraged or removed. This creates an artificial perception of reliability that does not accurately reflect ban reports during patch windows.
“Undetected” during stable periods is not the same as undetectable across updates.
