I got kind of scammed. after he noticed that he isn’t on EU server (and couldn’t give me the ED ofc) he didn’t answer and also doesn’t pay me back

Scammer, hat mir 25€ PSC abgezogen.
Gab mir einen Account wo angeblich 1,5B drauf sein sollte nur den PIN ging nicht & aus seiner sicht hab ich angeblich das Geld genommen & ich lüge nur.

Horrible experience. Scammer, refused PayPal and asked me to go buy a code, I've followed his famous website and the seller he wanted. (so the code was probably legit) And then, tells me the code I've sent him doesn't work. I suppose he used it and just acted like it was not working. And then says it's my fault and I am the scammer. Whereas I've lost my money and got nothing there.

I log into the account... It's banend
2days after he sends me another account so I can login and receive my ed and I get stuck cuz the pin has been put in wrong for 10 times
Doesn't give me my money back
