Product: 4/5 - Love it, but the menu disappears on me a lot and there doesn't seem to be a streamer mode, which means a lot to me.
Customer support: 4.5/5 - Whoever runs the username "Support" in discord is a fantastic dude. He was not online so I pinged an online dev in a ticket because my menu simply was not loading, but everything else functioned. His reply was rather pissy, and is the only reason I removed 1 point. The other dev answered and was very helpful, so +.5 back. Overall good.
Price: 4.5/5 - The game is not very popular compared to many other things, so I find their price point to be competitive but reasonable given the quality of the game itself.
Trust: 5/5 - They made me feel very comfortable with their support. They seem like genuinely good people... minus the slightly grumpy dev.
Do not think I give out 5's lightly. If the product sucked, I would be more than happy to let everyone know. I have in the past and lost money over giving honest reviews of bad product.
All in all, I will be purchasing it for a month. I'll give a review after that month.
