I went first due to his previous good ratings (which now appear to be faked (should have guessed since they were all in the last few days but his account is old). No key recieved after paypal sent. Blocked on skype and then gave me a negative rating on forums. Attached is paypal receipt and the skype convo. Please block this user to prevent this from happening to someone else and remove the negative rating from my account!
