Originally paid for 1-90 as I thought I was getting home super late but got home early (like 5+ hours early) and the guy was already lvl 50 and I wanted to play PoE, so I asked for a refund for that portion and he was super fast in responding and had zero problem with it. Immediate refund and was cool with my unusual request with no problems at all. DEFINITELY would recommend for anyone :)
He was quick to respond and very helpful and professional. You can tell he cares about his customers and their needs. Will be using him from here on out.
