	guosong1998	Trade #433149 - Aug 3, 2015 - 06:32 i made it clear before i purchase it, i told him I'm from another country and I'm not sure if i can use it. and he said he understand. then i tried to change the region and redeem the card, but apple said i cant change the region when i have some balance left. i got 0.45$ left because of the tax. and he just tell me to purchase a 0.45$ app lol stupid guy
