Paid him, he went 3/3 at first which is questionable because he is apparently multiseason challenger. I was alright at this point, after he lost 3 games in a row I looked at the games and saw that his damage with carry junglers was sometimes even lower than the support. So I told him to stop and give my money back. Also gaining 16 and losing 14 is normal with 54% WR and especially with the worlds patch.
