After 2 days his account got banned because of 3rd party programs (he probably used scripts on the account) and wanted me to give him a new account and to refund him the 2200 RP that he spent on his banned account. I told him that I could have given him a new account of the same value, but of course I was not going to refund the RP he bought, because it was not my responsibility. He tried to scam me to get a better account + some free RP. Definitely not a good customer, the communication was very poor and he didn't want to cooperate at all.
