Agreed to pay half upfornt hald when he finished building the control panel for my site, he now refuses to do anymore unless i pay him 100 euros, shady character verry rude and a scammer.
I paid 138 for a service and he did nothing , i ask him for an account same price he dont answer. finaly i paid 138€ for nothing, it's a scammer and a lier. Don't trust him don't trade with him.
