After repeatedly being called insults such as "princess" "toxic" and an "asshole" as the owner couldn't comprehend we the customers have real lifes and uneventful delays can occur. Repeatedly asked me to pay upfront without suggesting we open a trade. It was only until I advised him this is EPVP procedure that he reluctantly agreed. The icing on the cake is that at the end of the exchange the owner of this company stated he would be submitting a ticket to RIOT in order to get my account banned.
