He is not responding to skype, only posting to his thread that he has more available RP to sell... I am not the only one, i know atleast 4 guys that hasnt received what they paid for. You can easily find and contact them by looking at his RP thread posts (http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/league-legends-trading/3816174-cheapest-rp-trading-euw-only-4.html). He even called his customers brainless on his thread, but deleted that post few hours after.
