Said he can't provide paypal money which was obviously a scam, then gave me another psc in exchange and used it.

Payed him 60 euro paypal for 54 euro skrill but in theard are mentioned 52 euro skrill.Not that its the problem...haven't receive any money from him till now and he is afk on skype.
I would open a ticket and clear this situation ...will call paypal at support to.
