I had requested a "rush service" to be completed within a very short time frame which we agreed upon when I paid extra. After 12 hours had passed, my account was actually at a lower LP. I found another booster who COULD complete it and requested my money back. He then insulted me and refused my PayPal claim. Do not do business with this person.
