Also when I paid the guarantee for the account was without limitation, now it says 45 days.
Unless I get a full refund, I will keep this negative rating. Can't recommend trading with him.

What happened: I bought an account and he told me the mail belonged to his "married friend that quit league forever and has lost the mail". He also said that there was 100% no chance for a recovery. Okay sure.. then 2 days later it was already recovered. That means on the same day I bought it he sent the recovery mail so he got it back that fast. Keep in mind this is after I boosted the account up already. After I told him he said "I'll refund" but he has credit card issues. He doesn't know why and he doesn't even try to find out. Then he said 3 days later he went to the bank and they said it will take 1 week. I said ok sure. Suddenly it was 9 days. I still say ok. After 9 days he said he still can't give me the money. After 10 days he still can't because he still has "problems". Mind you, while this was going on he was still doing deals on epvp although he has problems with his Paypal? Scammer alert. Through this he keeps threatening with "rate negative and you will never see your money again" although I haven't even received the money yet he wants the positive, when he lied multiple times and broke the agreement of no recovery. I still said OK and had patience with this guy but it's unbelievable. While he's fucking over customers he also continuously insults them and says things like "you're not my priority". When you ask him things he tells you to fuck off or "suck my dick". So after that 9 days passed he asked for 4-5 days at most and I said ok. Days passed again, I ask him and he's again extremely rude and insults and says he needs even longer. Three weeks passed, no money, no account, only a kid that wasn't raised properly by his parents.
BIGGEST scammer on EPVP, stay away. If you need proof I'll be happy to show you the massive amounts of insults and lies on Skype/EPVP.
Also funny in his rating towards me he says the account is banned. How does he play games on it RIGHT NOW then?
