've been waiting 8 days now on my refs and he has done nothing to pressure blocking & deleting contacts, denied his job despite payment

I gave this ref 40 euro. All he did was 75 (half of my 150 refs) after 8 days. 8 days is way too long so he gave me 16 Euro. i cancel his service and he called me scammer
