Decide to report as scam then he got all and ignoring me now, acc will refund but 20 eu lost. How this guy can be still not banned then acc is from 2013???? Admin afk idk

Trade was that i pay 20, if it dosnt work to unbann me i get 10 back, then he said he will pay just 9,50 cause of PayPal fees, then i said "hmm okay", he send randomly 9,20 (Family and Friends) i asked why he send 9,20 he said PayPal fees etc. After talking a bit and making me rly mad i payed the 9,20 back and got 9,50.
