He tells me to wait till the 7days are complete and then he'll refund me if he didnt achieve 1500 elo. He never refunded me and I believe he also deleted me from skype. The guy is not good, he belongs in the 1200-1300 elo and he's also a liar. I wouldnt trust." I have attempted several times to contact him and, have even refunded him on paypal. He changed the password on the account, this man is a lair and, a ruffian!
