I found out later the account gained 14 but lost 25 due to bad MMR. I asked for money, and when he did not want to pay- I told him it wouldn't be a top priority but that I would still complete it for him no problem. I finished within 3 days, easily. Im also not sure what this 2-9 record is about. Its bronze.. literally anyone can boost bronze. Here are the games.
