Took the whole amount (25€) while i said he should take 13,5€ for 100 refs. NowNot answering my pn's!

I bought a boost from S1(0LP)(gaining ~25LP per win) to Gold 5 on 22 October, but I´m still in Silver 1 with 33 LP on 29 October.
He told me every day he will finish the Boost to 100%.
In addition he is very unfriendly, he told me it`s my fault that he didn`t finish the job because I didn`t told him when the job needs to be done. After that i set him a deadline but he ignored it again.
He played the last game 3 days ago!
