He claimed to have connectionissues, then went on to ignore me on Skype and on Epvp but cashed out the PSC before. He owes me 70€ for 1k gw2 Gold and refuses to answer me nad give it to me. Ban requested, reported to Epvp with proofs and report to police for scamming done today.
