I finished it before the season end and he kept saying that he's busy and that he'll make the payment later. I told him that it was ok and around two weeks have passed now. He's been online on skype and ePvp bumping his threads but is no longer replying on skype. If anyone needs proof hit me up on skype and I'll show you pictures from our conversation. DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM!
	poopoo138	Trade #361280 - Nov 16, 2014 - 06:52 he SCAMMED me out of $23 i paid for 100 refs on nov 9th and i never got them he never really responded except saying they should be there i provided a screen shot showing nothing was done he kept responding in should be there in some hours and then still nothing said he would do again still nothing now last couple days claiming he will refund my money still hasnt makes excuses he sickly busy he says now he is not responding so he may claim he said he will refund me but he hasnt 6 days is long enough i told him he could just give me a gifting acount and call it clean but he said they cost more and if i want one i can pay more really? so i wouldnt do business with him and he shouldnt be allowed on here and i have my skpe conversaion as proof and his other fake acount is RIVENBOY notice how it always post on his threads lol

Excuses: "Not home, can't refund(4 days in a row while taking other orders)" "No access to web (when logging on epvp and bumping himself)" Refusing to refund, prefers a friend to send money. I bought services from him that could be started in "1 hour", told that he/she needs a break, and stopped replying. Took 1 day to tell me he/she would refund me, and would do so in "1:30 hr" then "tomorrow" then when tomorrow came, another "can't sorry not home no web" and today has blocked me and stopped replying on skype. This person is a scammer. Do not buy anything this seller. Stay away.
