I never even got to log into it and he refused to give me a refund.I understand if I spend the RP but I never even logged in! The account was banned for 'Hello Summoner, Your account was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client'

	mullick93	Trade #389026 - Feb 20, 2015 - 10:38 I purchased 2 Accounts and he garuanteed me 0% banrate. ONE DAY AFTER both accounts got banned and he doesnt response anymore on skype. Really disappointing. Lost a lot of money - not recommended, not trusted.

He mentioned nowhere that these accounts were leveled using a 3rd party program, which clearly is against the rules of League of Legends. He refuses to give me a partial refund and now doesn't even answer me on Skype.
