At this point in time, after speaking with VRX & WTF, I've got nothing but good things to say about their professionalism and the pride in their work.
The setup process can seem complicated at first, but honestly they both make a lot of effort to guide you through the process or do it themselves if they have time - it does require patience, but if you're purchasing a premium product revolving around long term security then you shouldn't be stressing over every minute.
Due to my personal life being super busy at the moment, I haven't gotten the chance to complete the installation process but they've both been super accomodating and making a lot of effort to work in with my schedule.
I am yet to use and test the product; so once I do, I will update the review with first day, first week & first month results so you as a potential customer can get a better feeling - but so far I'm happy with the quality of support and attention to detail for this bypass compared to the previous bypass provider I was using, which I won't name but it was a 2PC Mac based one.
