He didn´t send me anything of our first trade the account since it was 2fa secured (i asked beofre trade for that since i wouldnt be interested and he assured me its not) so he told me he can refund but he has now money and no estimated time when he can refund. (this took a full week!) We then agreed on trading another account with an additional payment (here in this trade) and he assured he can send acc data instant after my transaction. He then mostly ignored me for the day. I told him i would warn other people in his thread if he keeps not sending me account and keeps on not stating his reason why he hasn´t sent me yet the data. He simply ignored it and told me he would go sleep now and today, after my warning post in which i stated i would change it immediatly after the problem is solved, he wrote me he wont do either refund or send me the account.
