He is definitely a scammer.
At the moment he owes me 146€, but he is refusing to pay due to PayPal issues, he was also finding excuses for the payment a few days ago.
I've been working on two accounts for him, these are the mentioned accounts:

- http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=l%C3%B2%C3%B3rdmaetz
Now he is trying to sell these accounts.
You shouldn't try to purchase these accounts from him, since I'll contact Riot Support soon about these accounts being botted, shared & boosted - I have enough proof to make both accounts banned.
He is the "leader" of the "Fine Art Team", on Discord.

He also scammed other boosters, who warned me before taking the order, but I was in need of money, and stupid.
Also he is lying, those accounts are not handleveled, but botted.
His main account is called "Ghostly Cha", or something like that, he's trying to sell that account too.
