After doing 2 other transactions with him, I wanted to buy a Diamond account off of him. He wasn't comfortable selling higher elo without a middleman and without seeing payment first. So I agreed to send him 30% of payment before receiving login. After I sent 30%. he got off of Epvp and ignored the Skype conversation. This account seems like an alternate account (registered 2 weeks ago) used to get a few ratings and then take a few dollars off of a seller. This rating will be removed if he delivers the account.
