ok first i give him a neutral because he told me he canīt finish the boost, because of his network.
2h later he contact me again and told me his network is fine now, so he can do it, but at this point i have rated him already to neutral.
As he saw this Neutral rating he cancled the boost and cancling a boost without a reason i can only rate as negativ, i`m rly sorry but i canīt recommend his service.
