This guy is a scammer and i will not do business with again. We decided on half payment half the items to start luckily i only received 16 VSS and 16 OTS then i crashed. After the crash he logged and would not respond to my skype messages for over an hour then logged out of Skype with no responses back. I will reverse the negative rep if he communicates with me and finishes the trade.
