Sutto is a scammer. He took advantage of a new member and wanted the deal to be done on Discord, that way he can not be banned. I payed $230 first, due to his higher rep, and he sent the wrong information and immediately blocked me, changed his discord name, so there's no way to prove it's him, and closed his thread. Unfortunately, Paypal will do nothing to help, so I have to go through my bank to file a fraud claim. I have all proof of the scam.
