I try to sum it up:
- We agreed on 85$ for an account
- I sent him the money via Paypal (goods and services)
- He said he was unable to pay it out and I should send him AGAIN 5$ to get my 85$ back
- I said give me the 80$ and its ok (better than nothing)
- He refunded me 80$
- Then he said we should use his girlfriends paypal account (somehow same name but only gmail.com and not hotmail - i should have been more cautious there)
- Sent 80$ - same issue no payout
- full refund and I had enough
- Came back from shopping he said his brother has a working paypal account and we agreed on 65$ and if it doesnt work again i will STILL get the account
- Send money and again he was supposedly not able to payout and seized all contact to me, guess he blocked me
- informed paypal about it and now I am waiting for my money (all in all 70$)

Sadly I rated our trade after our second try (80$ to his GFs paypal account) and I got scammed on our 3rd try. *sigh* I requested a 2nd trade for this transaction but it wasnt accepted
Apparently I wasn't supposed to pick "Goods and Services" and I was supposed to send money as "Friends and Family" instead. Seller freaked out, and told me to dispute it immediately. I did, and am awaiting the reimbursement from PayPal.
I probably got scammed. I sent him the PSC code and after I waited for him to use it and validate it I was to get my BTC. Only this waiting has been 5 hours. At this point I have lost hope and realized I got scammed.
