I gave him the EUNE code as he said, he accepted my terms (EUNE code first, Paypal payment later and then the EUW code after the payment). I delivered the EUNE code and he asked me for the EUW code, because his customer from EUW was waiting on the line. So he keep my code and I didn't received a payment.
