scammed me sold him my acc for PSC I went first and he gave me fake code and removed me from skype.

Don't trade him he is a scammer. I gave him 2 Pay safe card codes he used them and said that they are frozen. I had a third code bought with those two codes i used it and it was fine. He took my money and said they are froze. He is a scammer don't trust him i have all the proof recorded i want my account i paid for!!!
