Want a Steam Account, gave him first 25€ and he deleted me on skype and i didnt get the Account, dont trust him, he is a scammer.

tried to trade a psc with this guy 25€ for a lifetime x22 license. i went first and gave him the code. after 5 sec he blocke me. I've all conversation in skype so i'll for admins support.
