I gave him the level 30 EUW account + 150 refs and he sent me a 20% finished copy of the site and said he has no time to finish it. He then said he would pay for the account, and now it has been over a week and he hasn't responded to any of my messages.
Seems he is a scammer, and done the same to other users, he promises you things he never delivers and then he wants you to go first... Deal with caution.
