Bought a Guild Wars Account from him. After long talking I paid him 60€ PayPal and he gave me the Information of the Account. I tried to log in and it says ''wrong password'' all the time. He gave me wrong datas. When I said this to him he just said no I gave you right. Than he went offline and isnt answering on my epvp messages, even if he readed them.
