I bought a Championship Riven Skin Code (for the game League of Legends) for 30€ and paid twice for it and he claimed to never have gotten anything on PayPal. He showed me his screen but only his recent activity, as soon as I asked for him to show me all activity on his PayPal account, he went offline in Skype and didn't answer me ever since.
