He was working for LeagueBoostNet's boosting site. He took three accounts from it. My account was one of them, but I got it back by buying it back from him lol. He also gave me negative rating for his fail. If you want proof, I got proof from skype and league-boost.net has records of his boosting name, etc, as well as chats when they recruited him.
Tried a vouch game from me purposely threw the game to make me look bad. Then digs up posts from 7 months ago from a different websites to try and make me look bad. Quite the persistent one.
