He sold me the account on June 28th. I paid $205 dollars to this guy for access to his account and the serial codes. He provided insufficient serial codes to retrieve the account safely. (I had called guild wars support to see if I could retrieve the account based on the code he sent me. They said they could without more information (different codes, address, email.) I then politely asked him to refund me and I would return the account to him. He said no sorry I had tampered with the account??? and proceeded to block me on skype. I have escalated the claim on paypal and will be seeking refund.
