Changing this to a negative review.
Because i had a good experience the first boost, I reached out to Chill Boost for a second round of placement matches. I had a concern because the first account was given a 3 day suspension, but I assumed it was because of the new patch that implemented an auto-queue system, so I assumed the booster stepped away for an hour and the game kept auto queueing the account back up.
Although booster lost more games than they should have, they agreed to boost my account to Diamond 1 instead of giving me a refund which I was ok with. However, throughout the past 3-4 days, they have been playing games that shouldn't even be considered boosting with barely a 50% win rate. I just received an email a few hours ago that this second account was also given a 3 day suspension due to racist and inflammatory language.
The booster is no longer responding to my discord messages and I have since requested a refund.
