xD yea the Evo Team Noticed that players get Zps to fast since most of them had normal Players...Aka Me and Skyline...so one of the ideas was to lower the rates...

Pleaaase tell me you are joking. I really wish Cryo would comment and prove that I'm right. I think you have a serious memory issue. I was ahead of every one except for that one guy that had his pot mods edited in the db by war for donating.
