You need to find a Free one then and your problem is that your DB Password and user name isnt the same as the server files or you didnt give it promission through navicat to open the db.

Make shur that you have mysql-nt.exe running you have to manually do it if you have a vista.

Dont put the AccServer and MSGServer files into the Server Folder.
so where do you put the servers than?
