if someone can teach me how to translate the db in this game i can do it....
ahm look at the picture and u see the shell.ini there at LOGINNAME has to be the database User in my case it was root.
after i changed it everything worked fine.
lust demon, go back into navicat an make sure you created the user test. set its host as localhost and pass as test. then click the select all button to give it all privelidges. then click <SAVE> this is the bit u missed. after youve saved it, close navicat an try your account server again. you should be good to go.

6.copy jz_acc and jz from C://ZOFiles to C://Wamp/mysql/data
7.go to C://wamp/mysql/bin and open winmysqldamin.exe
8.put in it user:test,pass:test
9.now it should be green click on "Databases" tab you should see jz and jz_acc
