Den kannst du, sofern du in der Accountverwaltung einen Cata Beta - Key geaddet bekommen hast, selbst downloaden.

Cata P-Server gibt es meines Wissens nicht. Da der Client auch jetzt auf den ptr die Opcodes dynamisch versenden, werden diese Server auch down gehen.
