Did you actually read my post? The script is for anyone who bought an RXP guide to unpack and decrypt it. The decrypted guides can be then added to the unpatched addon, just like yours.

Also, the TWW guide from the original posting seems to have newer Pandaria Remix guides, not that it helps since Pandaria Remix is over. But it actually shows that multiple versions of the guides are floating around. The 10-60 Horde guide seems to have been updated slightly, too.

Yes I did read your post and it said nothing about the people that have brought it.

People come here because they do not want to pay for it. But then I cannot blame them. As why should people pay for something that has so many bugs.

Also the devs are aware of the BN ID used. That is why mine does not use one.

The file above, has the same method people have seen on reddit a few years back but in python. So yes I agree that if people brought one, then used it on their other account they could use it also.

Obviously you did not understand it.

You can take the import string from the original post here, then the python script, run it with the import string, and you get an unencrypted .lua script that looks just like the ones in your Guides pack.

Which then in turn can be used with any unpatched RXP guide viewer, and any battle.net account. Just put the .lua file as Guides/Import.lua, the viewer is already prepared like that.

Also, I don't know why went on a tangent about "the BN ID used", as the decrypt script can be supplied with any battle.net ID via command line parameter.

I did not understand it. So why did you just say what I just did in your words then?

Oh tangent? Well unlike others, I have more sense not to post peoples personal details public.

is not loading up - it says profiles loaded successfully but you cant change to anything in the addon, it doesnt drop down and show any profiles

Did you update the addon? If so then it disables all.

My file does not use this method.

You did not say what I said. Your method also relies on copying back files once the addon is updated, just like what you have to do once you decrypt the addon data.

You do realize the original post included those personal details? And once the data is decrypted the personal details are no longer included?

Well has that string been updated? Or was the account banned because the devs know what acccount it came from.
