Well I make sure that the wrong file cannot be uploaded, aka a old version. Because I literally make my releases and not just post what the Dev made.
A error is pointed out, I respect that and can answer it. Like the devs before and forgot to change the version number.
But if people want to check the file site. I can make a old file the same version number and they would not know the difference. I guess it is either trusting the one that releases or. Or question what they release. When they do not even know the changes

how to use the guide for classic wow? I've downloaded the 7.5MB rar, extracted it but i cannot find an installer?

An addon is not an Installer. You extract it to world of Warcraft, Classic, interface, addons
Or to make it easier

@  Isn't it interesting that people with a 0 post count or 1 are the one that want it instantly? Because they have an account and know about the release but do nothing about it.
On the other hand, there are the ones that appreciate it being uploaded and show that "Everytime"
Oh if you check the changelog and I know you did. You would see "why" I did not rush the update.

OK guys checked Alliance Guide new version.
They fixed A LOT of errors. Most non existing items and NPCs are gone from the guide which is quite good, they only missed a couple on Eastern Plaguelands.
So looks like Zygor employees reached level 60 finally and cleaned up all those mistakes.
I would say the guide is now "out of beta".
It's now 99% usable. Enjoy.

I haven't levelled Horde character yet, but I assume that guide is also clean, because they released "efficiency update" for Horde a few days ago already.
