Koreanische Proxy, Firewall aus und Antivir aus ist ****
Einfach immer neustarten und warte, das klappt. Ist einfach ein Bug fuer den es keine konkrete Loesung gibt! Ausserdem gibt es dafuer ein Sammelthread:

Warten oder Deinstallieren das ist ganz normal das liegt einfach nur am Koreanischen Server. Wo ich Warrock Korea mal deinstalliert habe hat es 30min gedauert bis es anfing zu Patchen. (Was jetzt immer noch ist.)

Ich habs elebr vor paar Tagen installiert.
Du musst ~3-5 Min EInfach warten.
Dann sollte er erstmap Patchen.
Und falls er beim Patchen stehen bleibt einfach Patcher neustarten
Bzw. PC paarmal neu starten. Dann gehts.
War bei mir auch so.
