What version of .net framework do you have ? You need 4.0 or higher, the download link is in the thread.
And download microsoft redistributable c++ 2008 alsow !

Yeah i know the design is not verry nice, i'll change it in the next update, if some of you want to help me with the design, mp me and i'll see 
I first wanned to concentrate on the downloading system.

Try it without design modifications (default design).
It look likes better then yours.
