Toxic Russian staff, unable to communicate in English. Using Google translator incompetently. Having a Discord server where 90% of the words are blocked for no reason.

Calling it a scam is going too far. Yes, their discord server is horrible, yes, most of them don't speak English (well, they're Russians), but the product itself appears to be the same one that other resellers are selling for $67. It has some issues, none of them critical. Target box is 2D instead of 3D. The overlay flickers, only works in windowed mode. The autoaim in plane uses the faster caliber, which usually is the smaller gun, as prediction target. But it does use adaptive prediction, so at least that smaller gun can hit even when target is not flying in a straight line. This also applies to ground, just not as noticeable. There are other devs, but their versions tend to be bare bone, often just ESP, not even an aim indicator yet, since they just got into WarThunder after WO imploded. This one is at least fully functional, and selling for cheaper.

1. I'm not talking about WT, I'm talking about removing sentences which one shouldn't be removed. Pretty much everything in Discord server is removed without any good reason. "bad relationship" something like this doesn't exist, and it's just a bullshit supported by the fact that you have a whole category dedicated to WT.

2. Not talking about not giving products, but about what you gave to users. It's War Overlay. And for your info, after gift cards and crypto, PayPal is the third-easiest way to scam peoples, so not good argument

The service should also be covered by good support, but with this approach to users and lack of communication skills, this will not be possible.

3. Unfortunately, I don't use it and I don't need it, if you are not able to provide full support on Discord server, remove link for non-users

Just because it's the 21st century doesn't mean you shouldn't be educated and not know more than one language. Even if you are not able to provide such a support, find someone who will be able to provide it for you, if not, do not open for other countries. And besides looking extremely stupid, not your every sentence is understandable at first glance.

Okay, but I don't see any problems with just writing to me in the DM and asking all your questions that you would get an answer to.

If you have doubts, why not write to someone in the dm and just clarify, in other things, this is your opinion and I don't want to convince you. I treat everyone normally, if there are problems, I help.
